Handling all incoming reservations for a hotel is a heavy daily burden for Front Office teams. It destructs them from their guest facing roles and requires a lot of time and energy, which should be directed to optimizing guest experience. Thus, we take care of all the relevant back-office work with a sales-oriented approach and create the necessary space and time for the team to perform.
